It's still very cold here in PEI -18 and feels like -34 in the wind. We had to put the herd back into the barn but not before Gaura Nitai built new feeding boxes. When they were let back into the barn they were completely confused...they walked around and around and around...sniffing...pushing each other. They like continuity. They like doing the same thing at the same time every single day. They don't require expensive vacations to the Bahamas in the winter...they just want some delicious green hay cut from an apple orchard.
I thought that on such a sunny but cold day I would show you this video that I took in the spring of 2012. As someone just told me...it's alright ...we are one day closer to spring.
